Furthermore, find a regular time to work out and stick to your schedule. Once working out blends into your system, it becomes easier and you will start to enjoy it. Think of the bigger picture again when you get distracted. It is also important that you have quick access to the gym. Better yet, set up a mini gym in your house complete with equipment sets.
